FACE LIFTING PRACTICES
Spider Web
This technique creates the effect of stretching the skin without a surgical approach with PDO (polydioxanone) surgical floss-like threads placed in very thin needles. These threads are placed underneath the skin with micro needles where wrinkles and sagging occur. PDO threads trigger the skin’s self-repair system and collagen production by increasing the blood circulation without any unsatisfactory reactions occurring. Although these threads melt away over time, the new tissues formed by the skin around the threads continue to undergo a mesh process that clear up the sagging of the skin and create a stretching effect. The effects of the procedure take its best form within a month or two with the formation process of this connective tissue.
Face lifting with Threads
Special threads, permanent or melting, are used for the sagging around brows, cheeks, chin and neck without a surgical approach. These threads are placed diligently in the skin where sagging occur and creates a lifting and stretching effect for approximately 2-3 years. Process takes about 45 minutes. After the process, it is possible for people to immediately return to their work and social life. Swelling and edema may be visible around the operated places for about 1 week.
MICRONEEDLING OPERATIONS
(DERMAROLLER,DERMAPEN)
Micro needling: Treatments that aim to trigger the skin's self-repair process by creating invisible holes on the skin with micro-needles, such as Dermapen and Dermaroller, and increase the production of collagen and elastin. It stimulates skin regeneration, thus creating an even, radiant, and healthy skin.
Since local anesthetic agents are applied before the procedure, post operative pain is little to none. Return to daily life is instantly possible after the procedure.
Micro needling is mostly preferred on face, neck, décolleté and hands, and is suitable for all skin types.
Its practice under the control of specialists is extremely crucial for follow-up and success of the treatment.
PRP
(PLATELET RICH PLASMA)
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is the preparation of blood taken from the person by centrifugation method, enriched with platelets and given to the patient by mesotherapy or superficial mask operations.
Platelets, one of the cell types in the blood, contain many growth factors and cytokines, trigger cell regeneration in the area they are given, stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, and are used in the treatments of wrinkles, spots and acne scars.
PRP operation is applied with 2-week intervals, mostly in 3-4 sessions. Since it triggers the skin to renew itself, we begin to see the results of the treatment at the end of the 2nd session.
