NON-SURGICAL AESTHETIC PROCEDURES

Non-surgical aesthetic procedures are treatments that aim to improve skin quality, balance facial features and reduce signs of ageing using injection- or device-based methods without surgical incisions. At our clinic, gold needle (fractional radiofrequency), biostimulator filler, mesotherapy, dermal filler and Botox treatments are performed.

GOLD NEEDLE TREATMENT

(Fractional Radiofrequency)

Gold needle treatment (fractional radiofrequency) is a non-surgical skin rejuvenation method that aims to renew and tighten the skin by delivering controlled radiofrequency energy to the deeper layers of the skin through micro gold needles.

At our clinic, FDA-approved Vivace Gold Needle Radiofrequency technology, which has received America’s best skin rejuvenation device award, is used.

During the procedure, controlled radiofrequency energy is delivered directly to the deeper layers (dermis) through micro gold needles without damaging the skin surface. Radiofrequency energy stimulates the elastin and collagen fibres under the skin in a targeted way; micro-injuries are created to trigger the biological rebuilding and tightening of the skin.

Gold needle treatment is effective in the following cases:

  • Uneven skin tone and pigmentation irregularities
  • Tightening enlarged pores
  • Treating fine lines and wrinkles
  • Sun spots and age spots
  • Improving acne and surgical scars
  • Non-surgical firming and increased tissue elasticity of the face, neck and décolleté

Although its technology allows it to be applied in all four seasons, at our clinic we prioritise patient safety, skin health and reducing the risk of pigmentation (hyperpigmentation) to zero. For this reason, unless necessary, we do not prefer the treatment in the summer months with intense sun exposure, and we recommend planning sessions in autumn, winter and spring for maximum success and protection.

Although gold needle treatment is often known as a “painful” procedure, thanks to the special anaesthesia protocol applied at our clinic and Vivace’s robotic motor technology, the process is completely painless and comfortable.

With the medical local anaesthetic cream we apply before the procedure and a sufficient waiting time, skin sensitivity is fully controlled; our patients feel no pain during the session and can quickly return to their daily social lives afterwards.

BIOSTIMULATOR (SMART) FILLERS

Natural Lifting and Cellular Collagen Stimulation with Radiesse and HArmonyCa

Biostimulator (smart) fillers are next-generation tissue rejuvenation systems that activate the skin’s own collagen and elastin production at the cellular level. While classic fillers aim to directly replace lost volume, biostimulator fillers stimulate the production of the skin’s own building blocks so that the tissue becomes firmer, fuller and of higher quality over time.

At our clinic, two FDA-approved core protocols, HArmonyCa and Radiesse, are applied according to facial anatomy and tissue needs:

  • Radiesse: A biostimulator containing calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). It is mostly preferred for tightening skin without volume loss.
  • HArmonyCa: A hybrid treatment combining hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite. It is applied to skin with loss of volume and elasticity for a holistic, two-layer lift of the face.

Both cannulas and needles are used. A single session is usually sufficient. Results are felt immediately after the treatment and become noticeable from the 3rd week; the effect lasts between 12 and 24 months.

MESOTHERAPY

Personalised Mesotherapy and Skin Boosters

Mesotherapy and skin boosters are targeted biological treatments in which hyaluronic acid, amino acids, peptides, vitamins and powerful antioxidants are delivered directly into the middle layer of the skin (mesoderm) using a micro-injection technique. Skin health is maintained not only with topical creams but with cellular nourishment in the deeper layers of the skin.

At our clinic, instead of one-size-fits-all ready-made protocols, the doctor prepares personalised cocktails after analysing the skin’s biological age, loss of elasticity, pigmentation and hydration needs.

  • Intense Hydration and Radiance (Hyaluronic Acid and Skin Boosters): Deeply hydrates dry, dull and tired skin, giving it a bright and fresh look.
  • Pigmentation and Uneven Tone (Glutathione and Vitamin C): Helps balance sun spots, melasma and post-acne tone irregularities at the cellular level.
  • Under-Eye Brightening Mesotherapy: Reduces circulation-related dark circles, shadows and fine expression lines around the eyes.
  • Collagen and Salmon DNA Repair: Stimulates tissue elasticity, supporting the softening of fine lines and tightening of pores.
  • Hair Mesotherapy: Nourishes hair follicles with biological factors, helping to control hair loss and improve hair quality.

Thanks to the medical local anaesthetic creams used before treatment and extremely fine micro-tipped mesotherapy needles, the procedure is comfortable. After the session, which takes about 15–20 minutes, you can return to daily life immediately. For best results, courses of 3–4 sessions, usually planned 2–3 weeks apart, are recommended.

DERMAL FILLERS

Facial Contouring with Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are non-surgical injection treatments applied to restore lost volume in the face, bring balance and proportion to facial features and correct existing asymmetries. Today, balance between the structural elements of the face is one of the essentials of an attractive appearance at any age.

At our clinic, filler treatments are planned individually after evaluating facial anatomy. In suitable patients who want quick results and do not want to spend time on surgery, the desired result is achieved with in-office treatments, and the patient can return to their routine shortly afterwards. Because local anaesthetic agents are used, pain is minimal.

All filler treatments should be carried out in reliable centres, with safe filler materials and by a specialist experienced in facial anatomy.

CHEEKBONE, JAWLINE AND CHIN FILLER

With cheekbone, jawline and chin fillers, optimal proportions are given to the facial features, existing asymmetries are corrected and sagging that has developed in the skin over time is improved.

LIP FILLER

The lips are undoubtedly one of the most striking areas of the face. They are also among the areas most affected by genetic factors, external influences and ageing.

Hyaluronic acid-based fillers are the most preferred method to define the lip contour, increase volume and smooth the lip surface for a youthful and attractive look. Because local anaesthetic agents are used, pain is minimal.

Depending on the patient’s lifestyle, it lasts between 12 and 18 months; with repeated treatments, longevity increases.

UNDER-EYE FILLER

Because of sun, lifestyle, ageing, sleep problems and eating habits, the area around the eyes is one of the places where problems such as dark circles, bags and sagging appear earliest and most often.

In under-eye filler, hyaluronic acid-based fillers are applied around the eyes to eliminate a tired, hollow expression and achieve a younger, more dynamic and rested look. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia with a cannula or needle. Pain is minimal and you can return to daily life immediately afterwards.

NOSE FILLER

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Nose filler (non-surgical rhinoplasty) aims to balance certain irregularities of the nasal profile with hyaluronic acid-based fillers, without surgical incisions.

In a selected group of patients, very successful results can be achieved. With the right technique and the right injection points, a safe and result-oriented treatment can be performed. In his practice, Op. Dr. Mert Seçer applies filler with a needle in the suprasmas plane, his own special technique.

For patients who want a more comprehensive change to the structure of the nose, rhinoplasty surgery is considered.

BOTOX

(Botulinum Toxin Treatments)

Botox (botulinum toxin) is a neurotoxin that temporarily blocks the connection between the facial expression muscles and the nerves leading to them. It is one of the leading anti-ageing treatments and is becoming more widespread every day.

Botox injections performed by an expert prevent wrinkles from forming without completely freezing the expression muscles; they help you achieve a younger, dynamic and rested expression without a mask-like look.

The effect starts about 24 hours after treatment, and the full effect is reached within 7–14 days. It lasts between 4 and 6 months. For 3–4 days after treatment, strenuous exercise, very hot environments such as saunas and spas, and alcohol consumption are not recommended.

In addition to its anti-ageing effect, Botox is also used in the treatment of excessive sweating of the hands and underarms (hyperhidrosis), teeth grinding (bruxism) and migraine. Wherever it is applied, Botox should be performed by an expert, under sterile conditions and with the correct techniques.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does gold needle treatment hurt?

Thanks to the local anaesthetic cream applied before the procedure and the special anaesthesia protocol at our clinic, the procedure is comfortable.

Is gold needle treatment done in summer?

The device can be used in all four seasons; however, to prevent pigmentation, it is not preferred in summer unless necessary, and sessions are planned in autumn, winter and spring.

How many sessions of biostimulator filler are needed, and how long does it last?

A single session is usually sufficient. Results are felt immediately, become noticeable from the 3rd week and last between 12 and 24 months.

What is the difference between a biostimulator filler and a classic filler?

Classic fillers directly replace lost volume; biostimulator fillers stimulate the skin’s own collagen production so that the tissue becomes firmer and of higher quality over time.

How many sessions of mesotherapy are needed?

Courses of 3–4 sessions, usually planned 2–3 weeks apart, are recommended. One session takes about 15–20 minutes.

How long does lip filler last?

Depending on lifestyle, it lasts between 12 and 18 months; with repeated treatments, longevity increases.

When does Botox take effect, and how long does it last?

The effect starts after about 24 hours, and the full effect is seen within 7–14 days. It lasts between 4 and 6 months.

When can I return to daily life after filler and Botox?

Both procedures are performed in the office; patients can return to daily life shortly afterwards. For 3–4 days after Botox, strenuous exercise, sauna/spa and alcohol are not recommended.
