I first contacted Dr. Mert via WhatsApp and had a video consultation, which made everything easy from the very start. When I flew to Turkey, a driver was waiting to pick us up and take us to the hotel arranged through Dr. Mert. The hotel was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and the staff were very attentive. On the day of surgery, Dr. Mert held a detailed face-to-face consultation and gave me honest, realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. I went into surgery informed and calm. I also loved that my partner could stay with me in the hospital. After one night I was transferred back to the hotel to rest, and on the third day I was up exploring Istanbul.
